We believe ongoing coaching and mentoring can help maintain an individual’s motivation to learn and grow. This is especially true when making a transition from one pathway to another, for example, taking on a more senior role, or working in a new environment.

Among our achievements in the field of coaching and mentoring, Strategic Alignment Training designed and continues to facilitate the Women in Hire Mentoring Program, the first of its kind in the Hire and Rental industry. Now in its third year, the program was launched at the Hire and Rental Industry Association’s national convention in May 2018.

The Women in Hire Mentoring Program is designed to give women opportunities to develop their leadership skills, build confidence and pursue a successful career within a traditionally male-dominated industry. By gaining access to the independent and objective perspectives of industry leaders, participants build confidence in dealing with colleagues, managers and others within the industry, improve their networking and communication skills, learn how to set goals, and develop resilience and industry acumen.

The Hire and Rental Industry Association Young Professionals Network (YPN) was developed to support the career development of future leaders in the hire industry. The program targets individuals under the age of 40 who have chosen a career in hire. YPN provides a voice for the next generation of hire leaders and seeks to develop informed, educated and connected professionals whilst fostering the camaraderie that is unique to the hire industry.

SAT is proud to design and facilitate YPN workshops and presentations focusing on specific issues as well as the development of skills for young professionals in the hire and rental industry. This focus is on relevant and practical learnings that can be applied in day-to-day activities and can have an impact immediately.

Strategic Alignment Training has also designed successful mentoring programs for women within the Financial Services Sector.
