The coaching circle is for anyone who is interested in enhancing their leadership and seeking support in a like-minded group to discuss and progress their career goals.

This group-focused coaching progresses step by step through core leadership themes and seeks to have participants bring along and discuss key objectives and challenges they face. Despite covering core themes, each program is tailored based on the wants and needs of the particular group participants.

The key benefits of the program include:

All this is enhanced by a tailored, yet cost-sensitive program, priced at $1,350 per person plus GST.

Groups will be curated with “like” members (despite industry involvement) and be assigned a lead coach. Expert coaches will be used when appropriate to focus on particular topics.

Once participants have been assigned to a group, specific topics will be confirmed for that particular group and a program outline will be shared with participants. Each program will involve 6 group coaching sessions delivered remotely.

All program discussions will remain confidential amongst group members.

FAQ’s

• How do I sign up to the Coaching Circle program?

  Please complete the registration form using the button above. A confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address to confirm your registration.

• Who will the members of my coaching circle be?

  The Coaching Circle program will take place in groups of up to six participants. This means the maximum number of participants will be six, but there could be less in a group dependent on numbers.

• Who will be my coaching circle coach?

  Aileen Hiskins and Sarah Farfalla are lead coaches for the Coaching Circle groups. One coach will be allocated to each coaching circle group, coaches will be selected based on areas of expertise.

• Who will be in my group for the Coaching Circle?

  Participants will be matched to ensure that there are commonalities amongst the group. That could be by role, experience, goals/objectives. Common organisation is not necessarily one of the grouping criteria.

• Where can I find out what the Coaching Circle Program outline is?

  Each Coaching Circle group will have a tailored program with an outline that will be provided to participants once the group participants are confirmed. • What if I have a specific objective or challenge I want to address during coaching?

  That’s excellent, to get the most out of the program we encourage and will be asking you to bring your topic specific objectives and or challenges to each session.

• What if I feel my work challenge is specific to me? Is there an opportunity to discuss it with my coach one on one?

  You will be really surprised, a challenge that you are experience is very likely being experienced by someone else or has been experienced by someone else. Part of the benefits of this group- oriented program is to put yourself in a vulnerable position and to communicate your challenge to the group for support and advice. However, if you feel you would like to discuss any challenges one on one, you can engage your coach in an optional one on one coaching session, just ask them.

• When will the coaching circle sessions be run?

  The first Coaching Circle program will begin in July 2024, however specific dates will be finalised once all participants are confirmed. Please ensure your email address is on the registration form so you can be kept up to date with the latest information about the program.

• Where will the coaching circle sessions take place?

  The full program will be run via Microsoft Teams. Please ensure that you have access to a Microsoft teams, a camera (to have your video on) and clear audio for the sessions. The invites will be sent to your nominated email address in advance to sit in your calendar.

• What if I can’t make one of the Coaching Circle sessions?

  It’s best to let your coach know in advance if you can’t make one of the planned sessions. Best efforts will be made to slot you into an alternate group to make up the session (if possible).

• Should I talk to my manager about participating in the coaching circle?

  You should inform and seek support from your Manager/Management to attend the Coaching Circle program.

• How is the Coaching Circle program paid for?

  Payment for the program is required to be made to confirm registration in the program. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or through employer invoicing (for employer payments). Please follow the instructions on the Registration Form regarding payment.

• Can I pre-purchase Coaching Circle program positions without registering specific employees?

  Yes, pre-purchased places in the Coaching Circle program can be organised giving employers the opportunity to register team members in future programs. Please send an email request to info@sa-training.com.au with your request, along with how many pre-purchased positions you would like to purchase, any known or ideal timing and billing information.
