Established in 2010, Strategic Alignment Training delivers coaching, mentoring and training programs designed to develop the professional potential of individuals and enhance the culture and functioning of teams and organisations.
With close to four decades of experience in the corporate and professional training industry, founder and managing director Aileen Hiskins is passionate about helping people achieve their professional and personal goals. She has worked with a diverse range of elite leaders and organisations over the years across multiple industries. This extensive experience has provided her with keen insights about how different people learn and grow and how organisations operate and function productively.
In establishing Strategic Alignment Training, Aileen brought her experience and expertise to fruition in creating a range of programs that truly dig deep into professional development, career transitions and pathways, and leadership skills. The Strategic Alignment Training suite of programs have been developed and tested over the past decade and can be tailored to a client's specific industry and environment, which includes online delivery of our services.
Our team of skilled facilitators understand that engagement is the first step to positive change.
