Aileen Hiskins is the founder and managing director of Strategic Alignment Training. Her consulting and advisory skills span leadership development, executive coaching, culture change, capability development and talent management.

Aileen has a vast amount of experience and expertise in the fields of workplace training, coaching and mentoring. Before founding SAT in 2011, Aileen had enjoyed a highly successful career in corporate training. She started SAT to channel her passion for coaching and mentoring and help individuals and organisations achieve better results.

Our clients love Aileen’s ability to quickly understand their business issues and create practical, quality solutions that focus on improving business performance. She’s a skilled and highly regarded facilitator, coach and mentor, and has facilitated very successful learning programs with people at all levels, including senior executives in Australia, Asia, the US and UK.

Much of her work focuses on helping clients enhance their leadership capabilities while addressing reactive behaviours and habits that get in the way. She’s extremely proud of the positive difference SAT’s training, coaching and mentoring programs have made to her clients.
